•  Then you must copy IDMGrHlp.exe to the IDM folder . C\Program Files\Internet Download Manager\ or C\Program Files(x64)\Internet Download Manager

 Step 2 : After you've pasted IDMGrHlp.exe into the IDM folder, do these steps:

• Right click on IDMGrHlp.exe
• Go to the Security tab
• Choose Administrator
• Click Edit
• Click Full Control on the Deny Column and then OK .

Now you can enjoy your IDM with no notice about the annoying Fake Serial Number issue.
